What makes New U different?
Two products, one ritual. Our Anti-Aging Serum is built around Swiss apple stem cell extract with hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and botanicals; our gentle Cleanser preps the skin for it. Both are made in the USA with no animal testing.
How do I use the Serum and Cleanser together?
Morning and evening: cleanse with New U Cleanser, pat dry, then smooth a few drops of New U Anti-Aging Serum over face and neck. In the daytime, finish with sunscreen.
Is New U suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are made for all skin types. As with any new skincare, patch-test first and stop use if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition, ask your dermatologist.
Are your products tested on animals?
No. We do not test on animals.
Where are New U products made?
All New U products are made in the USA.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States.
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy, contact us within 30 days of your order date. Products bought directly from newuproducts.com can be refunded or exchanged; please include your order number. Overly used products cannot be accepted.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Pay securely with PayPal (including Venmo and PayPal Pay Later where available), or by credit/debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your card details.
Is the Trio a better value?
Yes. The Serum Trio is $174 — $33 less than three singles. The Cleanser Trio is $60 — $24 less than three singles.
