Shipping is free on every order to addresses in the United States. Orders are packed and shipped after payment is confirmed; you will receive a confirmation e-mail from our payment provider and from us.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will refund it or exchange it for another product, following these simple guidelines:

• The product was purchased directly from New U Products (this website). Products bought from other retailers should be returned to the place of purchase.
• Contact us within 30 days of your order date at support@newuproducts.com or +1 312 473 3750 to receive a return authorization number.
• Include your order number, name, e-mail, phone number and the reason for the return.
• Overly used products cannot be accepted. Products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or card) once the return is received.
